一、订餐

1、I’d like to book a table for four, please. For 8:00 this evening.

我想订4人的餐位，时间是晚上8:00。

2、What time will you be coming here, sir?

先生，你们什么时候到？

3、There are no tables left at time. But how about 7:30, sir? We have one table free at that time. 

这个时间没有空，您看7:30怎么样，那个时间有一个桌子空。

4、I’d like to make a reservation.

我想预订餐位。

 

二、引座

1、 Could you follow me, please?

请跟我来好吗？

2、 Good morning, sir, how many persons are there in your party?

早上好，请问几位？

3、 Good evening, a table for two, sir?

晚上好，是两位吗？

4、 In whose name did you make the reservation, please?

请问是谁预订的餐位？

六、投诉
